一、門衛服務內容

1 保安員通過對客戶單位出入口進行值守、驗證、檢查登記，維護客戶安全。

2 查驗出入人員的證件，辦理登記手續，禁止無關人員進入。

1 制定門衛執勤方案

（1） 根據合同，確定執勤方案、門衛執勤方式及所需裝備等。

擔任門衛任務的保安員要按規定著裝，攜帶經公安機關批準使用的防護用具。根據需要攜帶對講機。備有門衛勤務登記簿。

2 門衛勤務的實施

（1） 驗證
(1) Verification
A逐個查證。在一般情況下，當來人距門衛2 m~3 m時，保安員應請其止步并出示證件，接過證件后先看證件的封面、再翻看主頁的身份情況。要著重查驗照片與持證人的相貌是否相符，印鑒單位與簽發證件單位是否相符，是否過期。夜間驗證時，應提高警惕，注意保護自身安全。經查證未發現問題的，歸還證件并禮貌地示意放行。對拒不交驗證件、證明的人員，不準其入內。發生糾紛時，及時向客戶單位報告，請有關人員前來處理。

A對攜物進出的人員，重點檢查是否帶有違禁物品。對進入車輛要檢查是否裝有易燃易爆等危險物品、是否載有無關人員，對無關人員應勸其下車在外等候。對攜物外出人員和車輛，仔細檢查攜物證件或出庫單據，重點查驗物品的名稱、規格、數量與證件是否相符。檢查時要讓被檢查人動手打開車門、后備箱和包裝物，視情況逐件清點或重點抽查。要與對方保持一定的安全距離，注意觀察其神態表情，防止其棄物逃跑、突然駕車逃跑或持物行兇，同時要注意自身安全。

B發現有攜帶可疑物品的人員，應先禮貌地要求其說出物品的名稱、數量、來源及用途，請其自行拿出物品按單檢查核對，并出示有關證件或由有關部門開具的證明，對無手續和拒絕檢查的應移交客戶單位有關部門處理。保安員不能對可疑人員進行搜身，應報告客戶單位或交公安機關處理。
