現(xiàn)今保安一直被外人認(rèn)為是簡單輕松的職業(yè),俗話說“隔行如隔山”,尤其是在一線工作的隊(duì)長,隊(duì)長的工作看似簡單,實(shí)則不然,隊(duì)長除了要維護(hù)公司利益、和甲方業(yè)主保持良好關(guān)系外,還要直接與各種行行色色的人打交道,處理不同場合發(fā)生的不同事務(wù),執(zhí)勤中不僅要對隊(duì)員做具體的工作布置、檢查和改進(jìn),還要維護(hù)自己隊(duì)伍的尊嚴(yán)。諸多的事宜決定了隊(duì)長要具備一定的職業(yè)道德外,還要具備良好的心里素質(zhì)、交際能力、管理能力和應(yīng)變能力。那如何當(dāng)好一名合格的保安隊(duì)長呢,我認(rèn)為應(yīng)做到以下幾點(diǎn):

一、服從現(xiàn)場管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行管理方針

隊(duì)長作為項(xiàng)目點(diǎn)上一線的管理者,首先應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作指令,在實(shí)際工作中,隊(duì)長的指令就代表了現(xiàn)場管理的指令,如在執(zhí)行過程中大打折扣或變更指令,其后果就是管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的思路和執(zhí)行團(tuán)隊(duì)的思路發(fā)生偏差,給現(xiàn)場的統(tǒng)一管理帶來麻煩。再者,如隊(duì)長本身都無法正確執(zhí)行管理方針,那么就更無法要求下面的隊(duì)員按規(guī)定執(zhí)行,久而久之整個(gè)隊(duì)伍的執(zhí)行力就會下降,也就無法給客戶方提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。我項(xiàng)目點(diǎn)在重大指令傳達(dá)時(shí)就統(tǒng)一由一名保安隊(duì)長班會傳達(dá),就是期望能夠達(dá)到統(tǒng)一管理的效果。
